Hindistan cevizi , çikolata sos , çikolatalı süsleme şekerleri

Şeker ve yumurtaları , şeker eriyene kadar mikserle iyice çırpıyoruz.Un , kabartma tozu ve vanilyayıda ekleyip homojen bir karışım elde edene kadar çırpıyoruz..
Karışımı yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırın tepsimize dökerek , bir kaşık yardımı ile yağlı kağıdın üzerine heryere eşit olacak şekilde yayıyoruz.
Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında üzerini fazla kızartmadan pişiriyoruz..
( Sanırım10-15 dakika sürdü - İnce bir pandispanya olduğu için pişirme süresine çok dikkat etmek lazım )
Fırından çıkardığımız pandispanyayı yağlı kağıt ile birlikte sıcakken rulo yapıp bir kenarda ılınması için bekletiyoruz.
Pandispanya ılınırken ; 3 paket Dr.Oetker Dolgu Kreması ile 6 çay bardağı soğuk sütümüzü çırpıyoruz.
Pandispanyamızı henüz ılıkken yağlı kağıttan kurtarıp , her yerine bolca dolgu kreması sürüyoruz.
2 adet muzumuzu kremanın üzerine enlemesine - arka arkaya ve pandispanyanın tek bir köşesine dizerek , muzları koyduğumuz köşeden başlayarak rulo halinde pandispanyayı çok sıkmadan sarıyoruz.
Kalan kremamız ile pastamızın üstüne ve kenarlarını iyice kaplıyoruz ve üzerine bolca hindistan cevizi serpiyoruz.
